Bishop’s Move was awarded the contract to facilitate the internal relocation of over 700 staff members at Natixis’ Cannon Bridge location. The aim was to ensure that refurbishment works could be carried out without disrupting business operations. Natixis required a comprehensive relocation service that involved moving 716 staff members over three phases, ensuring zero business disruption. The project included meticulous move management, coordination of IT systems, and detailed pre-move audits of equipment and filing. Additionally, the relocation took place during evenings and weekends to minimise the impact on operations. Key services provided included the decommissioning and recommissioning of IT equipment, secure off-site storage for confidential items, and support for staff throughout the move. Bishop's Move also coordinated with contractors for furniture installation and fit-out, while offering packing and unpacking services for 1.2 km of filing materials. Post-move support was provided with IT floor walkers available to assist with any issues.
