Branch Manager – Aylesbury
Due to an internal promotion, Bishop’s Move is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Aylesbury branch. With over 170 years of heritage, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional removals, storage, and relocation services — and we are looking for a strong operational leader to help continue this tradition.
About the Role
As Branch Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Aylesbury branch. This includes leading a dedicated team, driving branch performance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining our high standards of customer service.
You will play a key part in operational decision-making, resource planning, and staff development, while representing Bishop’s Move within the local community and the wider industry.
We’re looking for someone who can bring strong leadership and operational expertise to the role. The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in branch or operations management

Strong people-management and team-development skills

Oversee daily operations and ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and ISO9002 standards

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and influencing abilities

Experience managing budgets, logistics, and customer service

Manage facility requirements and ensure operational readiness

Industry experience preferred, but full training will be provided
