Customer Feedback goes Online for Bishop's Move

Today sees the start of our customer feedback forms going online. Bishop's Move has always aimed for high customer satisfaction as part of our removals service and our longevity in the moving industry is partly due to our strong understanding of our customers specific needs. With this in mind, we are now undertaking our customer feedback forms online as part of our pro-active customer-care service.

Quality of service has always been high on our agenda, and one of the reasons why Bishop's Move was a founder member of the British Association of Removers (BAR). All members of this association must ask their customers for feedback on their performance as part of our Code of Practice.

Every year we are striving to improve our customer care relations and we are happy to say that Bishop's Move are one of the few removals companies in the UK that will keep communicating with you, our client, at all times. Our branches will contact you the day before the move, on the day and a few days later just to make sure that all is going to plan.

Bishop's Move have invested in creating new, online customer feedback forms that our clients can complete at their leisure and, in turn, give us instant information on their satisfaction of our services. The new forms are extremely easy to fill in and only take a few minutes to complete. They will replace our previous paper-based system of posting forms direct to customers and so this new system, working by email and internet, will be immediately better for the environment.

Obviously in today's media world, privacy is an important consideration of our customers. Bishop's Move can safely state that these feedback forms are all unique to the customer and that no information, data or personal details are given or sold to 3rd parties (without the customers consent).

The best bit is that each month, every customer who has completed a form will be entered in to our free prize draw - and could win £25 worth of vouchers to spend at Amazon.
