Our commercial relocation services are perfect for helping businesses to make space and re-open during Covid19 restrictions.
With the UK Government actively encouraging many businesses to return to work this month, we have been fine tuning our commercial relocation services to help fellow businesses make space in their office, warehouse or shop and allow for safe, social distancing.
We have had the technology in place for many years, but are utilising it more for commercial relocations so that discussions and quotes can be undertaken at a safe distance.
Porterage & Packing
Our teams are highly trained to pack and wrap office equipment, including dis-assembling IT stations (monitors, keyboard and desktop), filing, printers, as well as hospital equipment, racking, libraries or antiquities. Or you can simply hire our porters to safely move office furniture and/or equipment so that you can make more room between desks and individual work spaces.
Flexible and environmentally-friendly storage that can be used for either short or long periods of time. These stack-able crates are ideal for storing non-essential items, employees personal desk affects or archives, to name but a few.
Short or long term storage can be arranged in our secure warehousing found at multiple locations across the country. Containerised storage is a cost effective way of keeping stock, excess equipment, office furniture or archives safe, yet out of the way. Plus we can safely collect and deliver your items in to store or a suitable location of your choice.
Business Relocation Director, Stuart Philp said “Safety is our highest priority on each and every commercial relocation we undertake. We are pleased that both Pinderfields Hospital (Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust) and Maidstone Hospital (Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust) recently had the confidence in our new safety procedures to use both our porters and delivery services."
"We are confident that with the continuing co-operation of our clients, Bishop's Move can continue to provide removals and storage services, without compromise to our business operations or customer service.”
Bishop's Move have introduced effective new safety procedures in to our daily practice, both for customers and our own staff. These include site specific risk assessments, wearing PPE (as and when appropriate), hand-washing and the social distancing of both the removal teams and clients. We have put measures in place so that our crews can work independently and are easily traceable.
These safety procedures are under constant review and we will obviously keep our clients updated and advised throughout their relocation.
